"I called here because I am having severe TMJ and UC told me to follow up with a specialist. First they answered and hung up the receiver (I could hear them pick up the phone and hang it back up), then I called back and asked if I could come in on an emergency basis. The person who answered said the dentist was gone and the office was closed. I asked if I could come tomorrow or if there was availability another day and she said “the system is shut down, I can’t get in to see.” So you basically closed everything down and don’t want to check if there is availability another day? I am in severe pain and this is an incredibly disappointing response. I will definitely not be booking here."

I was taken back right away and did not have to wait. Dr. Allen gave me an injection to numb me and I did not feel a thing, if I had closed my eyes, I wouldn’t have even known she did it. That’s how GREAT she is. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why it is necessary. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.
