"I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 39 years. I was visiting Lake Wales and chipped a front tooth. I went to see Dr. Steven Reddick and he did a beautiful job repairing my tooth! The office was beautiful, the staff was excellent and Dr. Reddick did an unbelievably perfect job!! I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience! I highly recommend him!"
"As an adult, having grown up with horrific dental experiences, I had no expectations of anything other than similar but with novacation. I was in for a big surprise. The friendly, comfortable atmosphere continued to the dental chair. Dr Reddick & staff make it so easy & pleasant that you actually look foward to the semi annual trips. I just can't say enough about this dental practice. They are just wonderful which from me, with all my torturous memories, says so much. Thank you, Dr Reddick, and your staff for being so kind & efficient."
"First let me say I came to this office for probably 2 and a half almost 3 years and I was liking it for the most part especially the nice dental hygienist DeeDee. One day I came in for a cleaning and was told that I had some cavities and needed my crown replaced. The crown I knew would eventually have to be replaced since I chipped the top of it and have just been hoping for the best since it didn’t come off yet and there was no damage. Well in that moment I’m told they will run my insurance to see how much I will owe. ( just know they are not in network with any insurance, don’t let them tell you they are). Another lady (the dentists nurse) Rushed in the room told me to lay back down in the chair and with NO apron the nurse rushes to do another X-ray on the crowned tooth. Causing me complete anxiety and shock. She rolled her eyes at me and the other person in the room and stormed out. A couple weeks later I came back to just have the small cavities (that I can’t see on the X-ray) filled. The same nurse begins digging at the tooth I need a crown, which I’m not even there for, causing me pain. I have the cavities filled and for 2 months I’m unable to eat on that side of my mouth because of the crown she messed with, that never bothered me previously. I went in to the office today to have the crown worked on and I asked the front desk why I’m paying more than 50% of the bill when my insurance covers 50/50 of crowns. (Note they are saying the crown will cost $1200+) I’m told insurance only pays $300+ and then only cover up to $780 or something. I asked insurance states the procedure is worth $780… and you charge $1000+ and the same nurse came out from the back and said to me in front of everyone in the lobby “we are out of network and we can charge what we want”. She caused me to have an anxiety attack in front of everyone there. I couldn’t breathe I began crying and when I told her she was rude and what she had done to me previous, she asked if I was blaming her for my tooth. I said no but you shouldn’t touch things that aren’t meant to be touched and then I told her how rude she was and is and she had to tell me she’s never been called rude before. Because that made everything better… I asked her to please go away. She could clearly see she had caused me major distress. I could not breathe and I was barely holding myself up. She told me it was her place of business and she would do whatever. Then she hid behind a wall to see if I would talk about her. All I wanted was my chart and I left. I told the lady at the counter that I was sorry, but I was fine until the day I met that nurse and she was rude rolling her eyes and taking X-rays without the apron. Then to proceed to hurt me so I can’t eat knowing I had another appointment coming a month later. Just know there are other offices out there and you don’t have to put up with bad treatment and overcharging from anyone. I’m better than that and refuse to be mistreated by someone who is supposed to take care of their patients. If you’ve ever been mistreated by this lady speak up. She’s worked there to long for Dr Reddick not to know about this. She is mistreating and causing abuse to the patients."
"Had my filling done yesterday by Dr. Reddick. It was a wonderful experience. He’s very gentle and efficient! Office personnel (from receptionist) to Hygienist (DeeDee) are reassuring and professional. As a person frightened by the mere THOUGHT of a dental visit, I highly recommend this office. And, by the way, prices are fair."
"I have used Dr. Reddick for many years and he has always been able to fit me in his busy schedule. He and his staff are always very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs!"
