"My son and I stayed for one night in order to go to the FAU basketball game. We were greeted by the friendliest desk clerk, Jackie, I've ever encountered. It is a new hotel so everything was very clean. The ice machine on the first floor did not work, but they had maintenance checking it. I will stay here again. Thank you very much Jackie for the warm welcome"

"New hotel in a lovely location there is shopping and food within walking. Staff were friendly, hotel is clean. The room was very nice and roomy. There is also a pool. Breakfast was good with alot of options. There is shuttle service to airport and cruise port. Would definitely stay again."

"One of the best Holiday Inn properties. Jackie at the front desk was awesome, she was friendly and kind even though she was swamped with work and clearly exhausted she was very patient and accommodating for our group of 18. The property itself seems very well taken care of, like people maintaining it actually care about it, it's clean!maybe because it's newish? The location was perfect as well with a Starbucks right next door! Also great self service laundry!"

"Except for minor glitches with outlets in the room our stay was lovely! The room was cozy but airy, and had everything we could possibly need, from pump bottles of hand/body soap, shampoo, and conditioner - eliminating the waste of those little bars and bottles. The climate control was easy to adjust and kept us comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, with two pillows for every sleeping location, and - I got a kick out of this - every pair had one soft and one firm, with the description embroidered on the edge of the pillowcases! Clever and helpful. The entire staff, from management to cleaners were unflaggingly cheerful, friendly, helpful and personable. The breakfast buffet is made fresh, is hearty, varied and kept refilled and neat. The hotel is close enough to a major road to be convenient to most anything you would want to do in the greater Tampa area, yet set back from that road and quiet. Very easy to get in and out. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, and will happily stay here again when I need an overnight or two!"

"I stayed here a few weeks ago for a family trip and I actually loved it. Since we were rewards members they gave us an upgrade which was awesome. The woman (I wish I got her name) was so funny and kind. The next day there was a man working at the front desk and was also nice. Our room was fantastic and SO clean. Best hotel I’ve been in. We went out for a night swim and they have the towels outside in a hutch for you to grab. The pool wasn’t too big but still nice and fenced in. They have complimentary breakfast and even have a machine that makes pancakes which I thought was cool. My family liked the breakfast. We didn’t stay here so long but if I need to stay in this area again I definitely will stay here."
