"Is the place on the beach yes. Are the owners responsive yes! We met one of the owners (wife) and I chatted with her husband via texts. Both were very friendly. Do the rooms need updated sure. However, we loved that it was not a huge mega condo complex and the beach access was unprecedented. It was just what we needed the two of us. We plan to make a return visit one day. Thank you for keeping the place with an old world vibe."

"The studio apts 3& 5 need a lot of work; like paint , lighting, hot water, any kind of furniture upgrades , place not clean, mold, not fully stocked as advertised, hardly any kitchen utensils, no management on site, pricing does not reflect what you are getting in to. Appliances esp stoves and microwave need to be replace, windows are from the 18th century do not work, screens all have huge holes in them or don’t have screens On the positive side back yard is great, towels good, bed linen good, though quantities for 2 weeks were insufficient Will not come back if there is no upgrades and with the same price, feel cheated!!!"

"Stayed in the studio apartment rental. Received a military discount so it made our stay even more affordable, although the rates here are already amazing, and they even stocked our room with some snacks and drinks as a welcoming gift. It's right next to the water so you can enjoy the ocean breeze through the window of your rental. Very clean, the lady who booked us was very helpful and kind, and they even checked in on ur during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home style rental!"

"Wife and I had a very nice time and we got everything we paid for. This is an older home and it's not the Ritz. We felt it was a great value. We will definitely stay again. This is the most beautiful location for beach lovers, surprisingly private too. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. Great restaurants nearby, we didn't do much cooking in the unit. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean."
