He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and did a great job that's still holding strong (even though he told me it was likely a temporary fix). "I had a great experience with Dr. Palmer. I was having a lot of sensitivity at two teeth. I decided to try his office on a recommendation. Venetian Pointe Dentistry is a very clean and modern facility - you can even watch TV in the dental chair if you like. Everyone there was welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Palmer examined my teeth and clearly explained what was wrong and went through each step of what would happen next. I needed fillings and had never had one before so I was a little nervous! He has very steady hands which I appreciated during the numbing shot - only minimal discomfort. He made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. Best of all the sensitivity is gone or greatly reduced! I can’t feel a difference in the texture of my teeth either which is nice. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer for your dental needs."

"Went to Venetian Pointe Dentisty for the first time the other day. Just moved to the area and hadn't had my teeth cleaned in a few years. Came here on a recommendation. Was seen by Dr Palmer who was great. I was on a tight schedule to get to work and he spoke to the staff to make sure I made it on time. Everyone was friendly. Dr Palmer especially was cool.
