"I had the most thorough dental exam in my 70 years. My hygienist Julissa Cruz was fantastic. She explained everything she was going to do to try and save my teeth. She took her time and treated me like family. I highly recommend Julissa to everyone."
"The dental hygienist and the Doctor were very pleasant. The hygienist was gentle and I felt not discomfort during the visit. Everything is high tech. The location could use some updating from the outside and waiting area. The only real negative thing would be the front desk ladies that work reception. They are not very nice. They act like they really don’t like their job and can be very rude. Otherwise it’s a nice place to get your teeth cleaned by nice staff. Just avoid making eye contact with the 2 ladies in the front. Or they will bite your head off if you attempt to ask a question from the other side of the glass. Also I arrived early for my appointment and I waited for one hour before being taken to the back. 4 stars is generous but I really liked the actual dental staff."
"Horrible experience. Made an appointment and verified they take my insurance 3 weeks prior to my appointment. I filled out all the online forms they sent me and provided all of my insurance information. Received a text asking me to confirm the appointment and i did . Less than two days before my appointment the office manager, Joyce, left a vm stating they canceled my appointment due to me never confirming it. I didn't get off work until after 5 so I could not call the office back at that time, I reached out the next day and had the unfortunate experience of talking to Joyce, who says she is the office manager. Joyce was rude, kept raising her voice and talking over me, told me I did not have insurance, but she kept saying the wrong insurance company and when I would try to tell her that was not my insurance company yelled at me and when I told her it wasn't right she was treating me this way she hung up on me. I reached out to the district manager but never heard back so I guess this is just the normal for this company."
"If I could give negative stars I would. My main complaint is that they were in such a rush to do a procedure my insurance does not cover, they were willing to ignore the fact that my cardiologist needs to sign off on it first and I need to stop taking blood thinners before such procedure. They were willing to put my health at risk to make some money. When I told them I would need to come back, they scheduled an appointment but never submitted the paperwork to my cardiologist, of course they couldn't because they never asked for his name. When I called about it, the secretary was so rude and told me I would need to call my Dr to get his fax number. She refused to do it even after I explained that I spoke to them already and was told they should know the procedure and have all the proper numbers. She snapped at me and told me she couldn't call because she had 3 people standing in front of her. Not to mention, the same secretary reeked of cigarette smoke and looked homeless. That's when I decided this was not a place I wanted doing any procedure, not even on a dead animal. I honestly wonder if some of the employees are even licensed or just learning. It's scary!!! Stay away."
"From reading other reviews, I guess I'm sort of lucky with my situation. I booked an appointment online (the closest "emergency exam" they had was a month out) and I got a phone call telling me to call them back and confirm my appointment and my insurance, with a heavy emphasis that if they did not get a call back from me that day that my appointment will be cancelled. I attempted to call them back three times throughout the day, leaving a voicemail each time. As closing time was approaching, I decided to just call the "call center" instead of the office to try and confirm my appointment. It went smoothly and the person on the other line said that my appointment was confirmed, and that everything was set to go. I then finally got a call back from the office themselves and was able to provide my insurance information, so everything should be fine.. right? Well today, the next day after confirming my appointment with two sperate people, and my insurance with one - I got a voicemail stating my appointment had been cancelled due to not confirming my appointment. All I can say is I'm honestly glad it worked out this way. I'll be looking at different dental offices, as this one seems to not even be able to handle appointments correctly, and based on other reviews, are completely negligent to their clients who ARE able to confirm their appointments. Please, please highly consider going elsewhere for your dental health and needs."
