"Our daughter had her very first dental appointment today, and the entire staff was amazing! Sandra was her hygienist and she worked so well with her. She was so careful and explained everything to her before she worked on her teeth. We are so impressed by the complete care and empathy they have for children. They made us and our daughter feel at ease and never forced her to do anything. We made our second appt and will be bringing her little brother in for his first check up as well. The best part was leaving with a balloon animal and goodie bag in our daughter's hands and she was all smiles! Thank you to the entire staff at the Orange City location!"

"I did have a unpleasant experience with a receptionist on 1/23/2024 in the orange city office. This morning 1/24/2024 the office manager, Mary Ella. I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name incorrectly . Called me. She was extremely apologetic, empathetic and professional . She apologized over and over again and reassured me that this is not a regular occurrence in her office. She more than once offered to fit me in as soon as possible which was extremely kind . She empathize with me as a parent and how stressful the situation must have been. If I hadn't already booked a appointment somewhere else I would have taken her up on her offer solely based on her and how professional she was but also how kind she was about the whole situation. She definitely is a Gem to this practice and explains why they normally have wonderful reviews."
