"This is my first visit to Aspen Dental. I had four people interact with me during my just-under-an-hour visit. X-ray technician, hygienist, dentist, and out-processing. The "review" of my mouth took a few minutes to determine my gums are in great condition, and a few more minutes to determine any recession I'm experiencing between teeth and gums. We reviewed the cap I need to cover a chipped tooth and was shown all expected costs. Everything seemed very transparent, and I clearly understood all details. THAT doesn't happen - - hardly ever! When I get the work done, I will update."

"They pulled two teeth. When I ask for a prescription for pain. They told me I would not need it. Just to take Tylenol. The following afternoon I started experiencing tremendous pain. I called the office and ask for a pain prescription. They told me that would not be a problem and they would send it to my pharmacy. I call my pharmacy and hour later only to find that nothing was sent. I called the office back and told it would be completed in 10 minutes. When I call my pharmacy in hour, they said they still didn't receive a request. When I called back to Aspen they were now closed. They then let told me that I had to call their off after hours number. When I reach them they told me they would get in touch with the doctor and he would call me back. An hour and a half went by and I still hadn't received a call from the doctor. So I decided to call back again only to receive the same information and a promise that I definitely would receive a call from the doctor. Finally I called the pharmacy to see if they at least had filled my prescription and to my surprise they had. It was a script prescription for Tylenol 3. However when I took it it still would not stop the pain. It only got worse. So I called back and asked to speak to adult doctor again. They assured me that one would call but no doctor ever called the entire night. So I had to be rushed to a 24-hour dentist to see what they can do for me. After he examined me he told me that there was fragments of my teeth that were left in my gums which created an infection and swelling and that was what will causing the pain. He told me that they did not do the job the way they were supposed to and I should go back there first thing in the morning to talk to them. I then went back to them the next day at 12:00 only to hear that there was no doctors available but when they came back from once they would give me a call. It's now 9:24 in the evening and I have yet to receive a call from a doctor ever. This is unprofessional and uncalled for and I will not tolerate it. And I will request a full refund from this dentist because they dropped the ball"
