RW Hotel

"The staff was super friendly but besides that, it was absolutely disgusting. There was ants in my room, the shower handle was broken, bathtub was dirty, and the walls were so thin that you could clearly hear people having sex in the room above me . The lightswitch did not work, and bed sheets were stained. Even the ceilings were peeling. Absolutely nasty. Towels literally had stains on them too. Disregarding the staff themselves, I would give this place a -0 if it was even possible ."

"I don't understand how this place has 4 stars. If I could I would give it -10. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. never come with family or children. unpleasant things are seen there. and also they have no staff there is never anyone. the office closes at 9 pm and you are totally alone in the hotel. It must be said that the area where it is is full of homeless people and junkies who come to the hotel and it scares you because they don't have security personnel. the beds are horrible the bathtub is black with stains. the floor very very dirty they clean only above. if you need to check at night you can't in the early morning either. and the answer is simple they do not have staff. the boy who is this is very kind that if nothing is his fault. recommendation GET OUT OF HERE NOW!"

"Joe, Vito and Aaron were awesome people. Rooms were great. Nice size, clean and they were on top on cleaning or changing out stuff. Was there 12 days and felt a little sad when leaving. Really good people involved with the establishment and any time I'm in Kissimmee that's where I'm gonna stay. Didn't really use the pool but it was clean and kept up as well. Not a bad thing to say about the place or people. Ty Joe and everybody for a great stay! Walmart,gas, food etc all within walking distance was a plus too"

"My family and I are staying at RW Hotel, at first we only plan to stay for a week, and we ended up extending our stay. We absolutely love it! The area of the hotel is perfect, there are many delicious restaurant around and lots of wonderful attractions to enjoy with your family. Don’t forget to ask for a attraction coupon booklet available at the front desk to help you find things to do while your here! Customer service is excellent, staff is very helpful, available and are always attentive to our needs! There is a huge (clean) pool in the back of the hotel, you are able to barbecue and enjoy your day with family and friends! If you’re ever in the area and need a place to stay I definitely recommend RW Hotel! Thank you for a great experience and being a part of new memories with my family!"

"It's a no frills hotel.. you get what you pay for. But it was cleaner then most hotels we have stayed at in the same price range. Owners are actively working on updating hotel. There is no check in after 11pm bed was nice pool looked clean. There is long term guest but they all seemed super nice. Only seen 2 roaches but we kind of expect them when in the south. Didn't see bedbugs when we checked. Make sure you have shampoo and conditioner as these are not supplied. Rooms didn't smell musty when we came in which was a nice surprise since it did at some of the "higher" end resorts we stayed at. Over all we would stay again"
