"Hi have been going to Doctor Parajon for over 19 years. Never in my time have I ever experienced such bad customer service from his office staff. Acceptation is Kim who has been with Dr Parajon for a long time. She is wonderful! Seems like the rest are high turn over? Dr Parajon as a Dentist is great! He has always treated me and my family with the upmost respect. I love his dental work! But I have been told by his office staff that they lied to me last year saying they called me and never did but they put in notes that she did because she was sick! I never wanted to push this issue due to covid and etc. But here I am again a year later and facing the same billing issues. They are seriously lacking and in need of more training when it comes to customer service. I brought my daughter in for a cleaning paid a bill then. I just received another bill from some on line service which I never signed up for? I hope this get resolved!"
