"Sharon is absolutely excellent, hands down! But I had the worst cleaning experience of my life. Not only was it painful , but he was condescending to me while working in my mouth. I went because I heard he was very gentle and most people had a painless experience. Not only was it painful, but he's telling me how my cleaning is going to require me to pay the full deductible in the middle of the procedure. Couldn't we discuss this at a more appropriate time than during the cleaning.?!?! Especially when Sharon told me prior to the appointment, I would have no copay. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.
