"This was the worst experience with a dentist office ever. They charged my credit card for services that I had not received at the time they charged me, and did not tell me they were putting $1800 dollars through before I received my dental work. They also billed my insurance before I received my work. I was told from the insurance provider that they are not supposed to submitt charges until I and happy with my dental work. Then they were going to charge me for adjustments $425.00 extra when my insurance covers adjustments for 6 months and then they will pay for more if needed. I was lied to. So know I have my insurance company filing a grievance to get there money back from the dentist and my credit card is disputing the charges they paid out 3weeks before I got my dental work even done. Be ware of this Dentist. Stacy the office manager is not only nasty, but she lies to you about the charges and is very unprofessional professional. A horrible Dentist office. Stay away from them."

"I’ve had years of neglect on my part paired with not going to dentist, so much so, it’s too embarrassing to say how long. I got ahold of my insurance provider, got connected with Smile Bright within network, and started my journey to healthier teeth. Stacy, the office manager was more than happy to help me over the phone, and get the ball rolling. I was very embarrassed to go, I was at ease the moment I was brought back for x-rays. Fast forward 2 months, I have been back 3 times to have my teeth worked on. Kailey was so kind, as I expressed how embarrassed I was she said “all that matters is that you’re here now”, I appreciated that. Dr. Anna Ichoa has taken great care of me, and I am extremely grateful for the prompt service, results, and kindness she has provided. Guadalupe is informative, detailed and very kind. She took great care in cleaning and explaining what was going on as well as what I need to do in the future. The staff as a whole have made my experience beyond satisfactory. It’s harder to get a 10 min oil change than it is to work with Smile Bright. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who don’t know where to start. Thank you!"
