"I made my new patient appointment no problem last week for this week. I experienced car trouble this morning and was unable to make my appointment I called as soon as I knew that I couldn't come and I also called as soon as they opened. The dentist said I would be charged a fee I asked twice what the fee amount is nobody told me but I was still willing to pay it she just keeps lecturing me about how she can't get anybody to replace me. Finally get to the scheduler to reschedule my appointment these people tell me it won't be until July until they can fit me in JULY? 4 months from now? And you want me to pay a fee. Absolutely not I will find some place else. Definitely got the impression that they were trying to play with me because I couldn't make this appointment. Completely ridiculous."

The office is very clean and the staff are amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. If your lucky Dr. Pastora will sing to you while she works. If I could give 10 stars I would…. Even if you go to this dental office in a bad mood, you will get out feeling like a different person and optimistic because the doctor is the sweetest person. ".Y first contact was the receptionist. She was polite, very friendly and helpful. The whole staff was above and beyond with the care of not only me but other patients in the office. My Dr. was friendly, very caring, explained everything as he exrayed and examined my mouth and teeth. He advised me of the much needed surgery he will be doing on my left lower gum and the cost.
