"I usually use turbo but i had some pretty big questions this year. Things came up and caused me to come in the friday before tax day. Walk ins welcome it says no sir not for me. No was all i was told by the receptionist. No offer for drop off no other option at all. Hell i know i was last minute but you would figure a company that only does taxes would be able to help. If you cant help me when i need it you wont get my business any other time. Wouldve been a good opportunity to get a customer for life."
