"I'd love to give more than 2 stars because I know they are probably a fantastic company. However, I've left over 11 voice-mails over 11 weeks and they have yet to contact me via phone or email. I would give 1 star, but the gentleman that took my information was so kind and willing to help me with petition for tax advocacy, as my taxes haven't been filed since 2021, so I give 2 star. I owe IRS much more than I did, had they filed and helped me in a timely manner, and I fear I will never see my frozen funds over 10k. And my penalties just increase over the negligence of my case and I was willing to pay more than the retainer fee. If this company doesn't get back to me soon I will be forced to go elsewhere."
