"I have used DBS for years and adored their services. It's under new management. Between that and the pandemic excuse of "we work from home" it's went to hell. Nobody communicated with me at all. I submitted my tax forms, including new business paperwork, with a phone call onJanuary 8th. Nobody ever called me back or discussed at all what I had submitted (and there is no option for an appointment). The one person I requested I not work with completed my taxes, with no communication to me. Supposedly they were done on March 22. I only found out on April 14th when I emailed and asked what was happening. This gave me NO TIME to review, NO TIME to ask questions, and NO TIME to suggest ideas. I am deeply dissapointed in the utter LACK of customer service. I will no longer work with this company and encourage others to think twice."
