"I am a military spouse that just recently moved back to Pensacola. It may seem counterintuitive, but it is really hard to find dentists in Pensacola that accept Tricare dental insurance. I was recommended, by Tricare, Dr. Adkins practice. Within 2 weeks I was setup with a consultation and a cleaning with Dr. Robert Nusbaum and his assistant Lily. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth since I was young, including 4 crowns on my front 4 teeth. I have porcelain veneers and knew of a slight discoloration in one of them. I questioned my previous Dentist on his work in San Diego but he gaslighted me and told me it was okay. Dr. Robert saw this immediately and started with a full mouth x-ray and recommended replacement. Thankful he did since the discoloration was being caused by decay. Dr. Robert and Lily immediately took action and designed a beautiful replacement that not only matched my other three to a T but also improved the shape to even better my smile. The attention to detail and care is so appreciated. I will always be a patient of Dr. Robert going forward. He even cleaned my teeth when they were down a hygienist, just to meet the schedule. Dr. Robert and Lily are true caregivers and I am soo appreciative of this practice and all who support. The billers the front desk receptionist all of them.
