"0 stars . If you’re active and go to an outside ER and bring the paper work back , if you’re negative on swabs they will say you Aren’t sick and go to work . Trash. Just because you don’t have Covid does not mean you aren’t sick. Had 100 fever had to drive back and forth just to be told by the doctor and assistant that I’m not sick no need for SIQ when I’m having body aches, soar throat , hot and cold chills. And I’m an instructor you want me to go be around students with flu symptoms ? Insane . I would NEVER come here if my chain of command would take outside slips from doctors ."
"Phone has about 20 options, every single one leads to a phone that does not ring, ending in a voice mail box that is full."
"Absolutely terrible patient customer service and long wait times"
"Not there to help. Speaking with the personnel at the Readiness Desk was a complete waste of time."
"Clinic is a joke. Misdiagnosed me 2 times, wont trest the problem, so rhey got mad when i went to a civilian doctor who took care of the real problems i was having. Dr looked at me in the clinic for 10 seconds and just made a guess of what was wrong when i had a serious infection, then gave me medicine to make me worse all weekend. Dont go if u have a serious problem. Sounds like the naval hospital isnt any better. U would think military doctors would be better than civilians, but i dont think they r sadly. Disappointed overall."
