"Horrible. It has been a ynce I got my first impression done. Since February of last year he has done 4 impressions each time I am told my dentures will be here soon. The guy has already billed my insurance so I have to go through a series of appeals to maybe get to go to another dentist to get my teeth. He has not refunded the money back to my insurance company. He is a theif."

"I got my teeth pulled in January 2023 a year later still no dentures. They need to shut the place down. It took 10 months for that man to realease the claim,he always told one lie after another. The last straw was when he said my dentures were on the UPS truck and they would be there that evening. A few days later, no dentures"

"Every time we come here we wait over an hour for a 15 min appointment. And today as we were waiting in the waiting room the 1 front desk employee is also running the back I guess xrays and pre checks or something said she's the only 1 working today. A few moments later the main doctor was leaving and as she walked out the door she mumbled under her breath and I quote "I'm so sick of this place". In my opinion I don't think your business should have your doctor walking out the door saying things like that. It makes me feel like you don't care about your patients. You really should hire new staff...also upgrade your TV in the waiting area...I'm pretty sure my 9 year old doesn't appreciate watching black and white 1930s cowboy movies on an 12 inch screen.... your lucky I'm giving you 1 star! Also I've been coming here off and on my whole life and it has always been one big cluster fudge. Medicaid only allows us to come here so we have no choice!!"

"Good lord, even if your insurance takes this place, find a different place to go!! Cordova Dental Center is the most unprofessional and unorganized medical facility I’ve ever been to. Not to mention it doesn’t appear to be clean! Unclean waiting room and unclean back area! Super weird, cramped, dark, and dusty. Gross! They have turned us away multiple times due to losing appointments, overbooking themselves, and then blaming other employees for their screw ups. The front staff do not care at all and will talk down to you as if you are stupid and at fault for their screw ups. I will 100% be looking for another dentist and you should too! Even if you manage to be seen, be prepared to wait for over an hour since they overbook themselves and their employees don’t show up. Heck, even be prepared to be turned away like we were. Skip this mess and find a more organized, cleaner dentistry. Honestly, I believe that you’d receive higher quality care if you went to a veterinarian!"
