"I highly do not recommend this place. Awful. The staff is really nice. But I miss one appt for my daughter because I was sick and in the hospital they did not want to listen and refused to reschedule the appt. I am sorry emergencies happen. This office could care less. It’s time for you to close your doors."

"Typically my two youngest children see Dr. Pierce in the hospital especially my special needs son who has Tuberous Sclerosis which causes issues with his teeth. Dr. Pierce retired and Dr. Le stepped in, well after seeing my children under sedation he expressed the importance of getting my children into his office as soon as possible. After that appointment we got sick and my two oldest children missed their appointment. The other two missed appointment were during the grieving process of losing my husband and their father. I never received the dismissal letter and the Monroe office is often hard to reach. I called the 9 mile location to get my youngest children in with the oldest two and was told we were dismissed. I'm like okay well Dr. Le is the only dentist who will take my special needs sons insurance in Pensacola and he told me to call in. I was told "It didn't matter they wouldn't see anyone in my family"! I get in touch with Lori frantic and she gives me Dr. Le cell. I called him 4 or 5 times and Lori forwarded the email I sent to her (he never responds back to me or anything). I'm giving 1 star because the office showed zero care or remorse for a widows situation who has 4 children to care for which tells me it is truly all about the money. I gave Dr. Le 3 stars because he is a great dentist but he knows the predicament this put my son in and instead of superseding the office manager (whoever she is to him), he refuses to acknowledge how detrimental this is for my son whose disease causes teeth pitting! Life happens. For almost 2 years during Covid they cancelled and refused to take patients but we miss a couple appointments while struggling and were just dismissed like almost 10 years of trusting their office with my children doesn't matter, like dealing with their constant refusal to answer phone calls and more isn't ever taken into account. If they cared, they would have listened and been compassionate. They just were not and now my children have no Dentist and I can't trust the Health department with the health of a child with such extensive medical issues. It's sad when you see a place as a sort of family and they literally only see you and your family as a paycheck. Yeah it's great as long as everything goes their way and if they will dismiss someone after 10 years of business, don't think they will treat any of you any differently!"
"This review is for the Monroe location. I have been going to the dentist for the last year off and on. The hygienist that did my cleaning was superb. Pam has great skills with calming anxiety while completing her cleanings. I would recommend her to anyone!! Now, for the issues that gained two-star rating. (1) They give 8AM appointment slots, but are never ready for you at 8AM. I get that they are just opening, but to be forced to go and wait outside since absolutely no office lobby space is not fun. Only once was I able to go right in and wait in the actual dental rooms at my actual appointment time. (2) The 24-hour policy does not apply to their office staff. I had an appointment for a Thursday morning at 8AM. I received an appointment confirmation email AND text on the preceding Tuesday. I confirmed and think all is fine. After 3PM the day before my 8AM appointment, I get a call to reschedule my appointment; no 24-hours notice. The receptionist also does not make accommodations to reschedule me on days when I'm available. Coincidentally, they canceled/rescheduled my appointment for my "free annual cleaning". Seems like they tried to make room for a more costly appointment since my insurance covered my appointment and I was due for a free cleaning after two paid deep cleanings. Just don't have much trust or faith in this practice with its hypocritical practices. Do not recommend."
"We absolutely LOVE going to Victus Dental!! Dr. Lee is amazing and is so kind and personal! Pam is the absolute sweetest. I’ve had rough experiences with past dental offices and she has eased all anxiety about the dentist. She does an amazing job and gives us a 5-star experience EVERY time! Highly recommend!"
