"I'll start by saying that it isn't anything like a NY pie. There are small notes of it like with the salty mozzarella & taste of brick oven but it's more like a neapolitan / NY fusion. However... the pizza taste amazing. Undercarriage is firm, crispy & light. Crust is thin with a crunchy outside but soft inside. Sauce is on the acidic side with a fresh taste of tomato. (Definitely my favorite part). Cheese is exceptionally fresh with a deliciously light salty touch. Service was fast, clean & polite. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Prices are a little on the high side but fair for what you get. Definitely the best pizza Hialeah/ Miami has to offer."
"Great new pizza location. Crust and thickness of the slice is very authentic to a true New York slice. Sauce and cheese are both great! And slices are HUGE!! Only thing we did not like were the chicken wings. Hopefully recipe can be improved upon because once the wings are perfected this place will be perfect! Looking forward to going back to try other menu options."
