Domino's Pizza

"I made an online order and after 30 minutes I received a phone call from Jose the driver saying he was going to cancel my order because they don’t deliver to my location. I told him that the store that gets automatically selected was this one. He was very rude and was screaming at me over the phone and told me the store that I have to make my delivery with. I called the store he said was the one that would deliver to my address and the young lady kindly told me that the store that corresponds to my address is this one not the one the driver told me. I called this store and gave up after over 30 minutes of waiting and no one picking up I hung up. This store is extremely unprofessional the driver told me there are no managers on site during the night and that he was in charge of the store which I doubt is true."

"If I could give this a 0 I would, Horrible attitude, extremely unprofessional!! we made a mistake and didn't pay the order before hand like we always do. then the person did not want to take any form of payment AT ALL!!! no cash, no credit card, no payment over the phone!!! just exact change that I did not have!!! and made comments that if you we did not pay right now!!! he would never deliver again!!! acting like we were not trying to pay 3 different ways!! he only had to give me back $6 with the cash I had on me. don't tell me that he didn't have it. after he came back screaming in front of our guests. then he all of a sudden had change to give me. I don't understand the reason for the bad attitude and telling us he would never deliver again. we place orders from you guys every single weekend! a manager needs to talk to someone there about customer service. also been trying to call to talk to someone regarding this! and it's like an hour hold time and no ANSWER!!!"

"How can I give 0 star to this store? Horrible experience today. Ordered 4 pan pizzas and 1 thin crust large pizza. Went there after 25 minutes. Not even a single pizza that I ordered was started. The oven had nothing in it. The three guys there were just having great socializing event kind of discussion. Waited for another 20 minutes and asked about my order. They realized that they did not do the large thin crust. Waited for another 15 minutes. They gave all 5 pizzas. None of the pizzas were cut. One pizza had full of jalapeños. Second pizza had pineapple dumped in the center. Third pizza had missing toppings. Fourth and fifth pizzas had toppings dumped as well but not like first or second pizza. Little less. But more than usual. Asked about how can we eat this. One responded casually that he can provide one free pizza when I go there next time. Why would I or why will someone go after an experience like this?"

"I ordered 3 pizzas and cheesr bread and lava cakes. One pizza was supposed to be half bacon and as you can see its barely a third. Next one pizza was supposed to be mushrooms and chicken and instead was a mess. I cant believe i paid for this. Thanks a lot for not helping on Christmas. I wish i could get my money back. UPDATE: Reordered and had this pizza come looking awful and has water on top and it took close to 2 hours on Thursday at 8pm."
