"I am so happy I chose to take my car here and not somewhere the insurance company suggested. They are extremely helpful. The receptionist even got on the phone with my case manager cause she was on some foolishness. Warren came in once me & the receptionist got overly frustrated. He managed to get things on track even though she was still special. After the madness with my insurance, everything esle went smoothly. Warren kept me updated through the whole process rather directly to me or through my case manager at the insurance company, and if I had additional questions or concerns, he would reply anytime I reached out to him. Would definitely go back if ever needed. Biggest thanks to the receptionist and Warren!!! They definitely made this process a lot easier."

"Recently, I had an unfortunate accident on June 17 and decided to get my car repaired at Courtsey Collision. I’ve been a repeat customer, and their service has always been excellent in the past. However, on July 19th, I received a call from the assistant manager, informing me that all Rims and Tires were stolen from my vehicle. Shockingly, they claim no responsibility and advised me to contact my insurance. It’s disheartening to discover that my car was stored on the side of their building without any cameras or gate, giving easy access to anyone among the 30 to 50 vehicles parked there 24/7. It feels unfair to bear the cost of the theft due to their lack of security and responsibility. I hope this matter can be resolved amicably. Safety and customer care should be a top priority for any repair shop."

"These 5 star reviews with no info shouldn’t be allowed. Obviously - they’re fake. This place is seriously out of control. Excuses from both ends with these guys. I cannot believe they had me drive almost an hour to see my “completed” vehicle. The paint- NOT even close to matching. The wheel- which had a popped tire but was otherwise at least matching the other wheels….is now a completely different color. Not a new wheel, they just painted this one silver instead of gun metal gray like the other wheels and all the door handles. I literally don’t know why they painted it in the first place. Body lines and gaps are no longer matching up. The kick panel under the back door is loose and again, with gaps. Today it was supposed to be fixed again but instead nobody called me back all afternoon. Excuse: the supervisor is in his office with the door shut. Awesome. Rey is my representative but probably smart to just stay as far away from this collision center as possible. Also - we’re over 6 weeks into this repair now"

"Everything was going good till it was time to pickup the supposed repaired car. My car was brought up to me with the bumper falling off and it was down hill from there. Two hours later it was brought back up. taking the car home there was large black ants all over the interior of my car. I spent the evening with a aching back cleaning the entire car as to not spend another hour going back there. While cleaning it I notice the bumper pulled away from the body of the car. Took it back twice and they could not get it to fit right, claimed it was correct. We then compared it to a new one and I was right. They then try to scam me by drilling screws through the body to hold the bumper in place as you can see in the picture. After my eight visit pointing out that the body was not repaired as you can see the mangled tab in the picture. it was supposed fixed just to noticed the bumper pulling away again. Looking under the car to find a broken bumper cove was placed on my car. The manager excuse is the he had a bad employee that was on his way out. So you knowingly gave a bad employee my car to fix over and over. WOW! Now he refuse to replace the broken bumper claiming it was hit. This guy is scum this place should be closed down and never let any of them touch another car in their life. Now I have to find a different shop to fix my car right. Here goes $3,000 that I shouldn't have to send. Get your car checked else where if they work on it. Thanks for nothing!"
