"At first I had an excellent experience. Quick and easy. Now as I try to find new insurance since my rate has gone up $3,000, I've been completely underwhelmed with it all. It's resulted in being ignored. Both texts and calls. This borders bad customer service and I can't imagine telling someone "Well, everyone needs help". It would be as simple as "I'll get back with you soon." So now I've finished all of the work I needed done to move forward and I will be shopping insurance myself. It might take more time, but trust me it's better than being consistently overlooked and ignored to give someone your business."
