"The only reason i didnt give 0 stars because it wasn't an option.. negative -100 would be my rating..This place is a scam ..a ripoff of incompetent rude deceptively dishonest lying people.. i had the same experience Chaka Thomas who rated them on here..DO NOT !!! even think about using these people ..i am cancelling my AAA membership because they continue to use these people even after multitudes of reviews like this..unbelievable.. an entire day of mine is missing (yesterday) because of them . wow..just wow...."

"I was attending a game from out of town when my power steering went out. I called AAA was told 2 hours, driver was there in 15 mins. They towed my truck to a shop I chose and after 3 days and that shop quoted me an outrageous amount then told me they couldn’t fix it anyhow. I called 5 star to tow it to another shop and they offered to fix it for me I was nervous about the reviews but went ahead anyway. They fixed me up fast for a fraction of the price of the other shop. He knew I was not from around there and could have taken advantage but didn’t. Highly recommended."

"They kept my car for 6 days before towing to the location. They do not answer the phone or return messages. I went several days not know where my car was. They were hired through AAA."

"DO NOT ALLOW AAA TO SEND THIS COMPANY! My car broke down so I called for a tow. I was told it would be 1-2 hours until someone would arrive. After 2 hours I called 5 star automotive to ask when they would arrive and they told me I would get a call from the driver. I waited and called back a after another 2 hours and the lady did not give me an answer on when they would arrive and hung up on me. Eventually someone did show up but I was stranded for over 5 hours. They are incredibly unreliable and should not be in business."

"AAA Dispatched at 7:35 am with 1 - 3 hr window. Called AAA to find out how much longer at 10:30 a.m. They said it would be 1 hr longer after checking with the towing company. Still no tow truck at 12 pm when I called AAA again. They checked and zero star towing had "declined" service, but that another co was dispatched and should be 1 hr away. That new towing Co called immediately and are on their way! Forget you zero star towing Co, and thank you new co! If the owner says that they have no record, please refer to ticket 51163 from AAA, 8/20, 7:35 am. All visible and you even acknowledged it."
