"Went there on 12/30/23 just for 4 new tires... balance and alignment... 1) I NEVER gave them any permission to open up my hood to tell me i needed a new filter... I went there for tires only. 2) After leaving... my check engine light came on with the " Check Vehicle Stability Control System," and my PSI guage in the dashboard wasn't reading the tire pressure. I went back, and they told me they can't do anything about the check engine light and that the TPMS is working... which it still isn't... I felt brushed off regarding my Vehicle because it went there with no dashboard issues, and now im driving with NO way of knowing my tires psi and being told that the other issue warning regarding the vehicle Stability isn't their their doing. Mind you, after i came back... when they opened the hood to reset the check engine light...the there was a hose disconnected from where the air filter is. I would like a proper manager to please contact me."

Charles even gave me a courtesy call, trying to accommodate me 1 day that I just showed up without an appointment Another day, Ray, accommodated me also when I made an appointment by mistake to another tire kingdom store.
