"He will repair whatever he thinks you need repaired regardless of what your car actually needs then charge you whatever work he choses to do. If its too complicated he does the easy things and tells you the other things are too expensive or whatever excuse he comes up with. In the end you walk out with a half done job the ac is still not working 100% and you are out of good money. Very dishonest man."

"After dealing with my AC working part time I had enough. A quick search showed Chuck’s, so I read a couple reviews then stopped by in the afternoon. Within five minutes they told me what I needed done and the cost. I knew it would be cheap but ok. I paid a deposit dropped my car off a little after 8 AM. I expected it to take all day but then I get a call around 12:40 and it was Chuck saying “You’re good to go”. I showed up to pay my balance and Chuck says that the initial quote wasn’t right and it was $200 less. Talk about honest. My AC is ice cold now. Thank you Mr. Chuck"
