"I called to check, make sure there’re the tire in the correct size that I want. I’ve been driving all the way long from pompano beach to here in rush hour to change the tire before I go out of town, They asked for my information, check my tire, told me the brand of the tire that they have, and estimated time for 45 minutes. By the time I was there none of customer were waiting. I walked to pizza shop,waiting about estimate of time. Then the guy call me there’s no tire on that size in stock!!! Just ordered, and asked me to come back in the morning ! I was so disappointed, it was my last chance to get the thing done (it was 6:33pm)He told me it was shown in computer that there’s 2 of them in stock but when he checked,it was not. This is unacceptable. How irresponsible they are!! So unprofessional. I walk back to got my keys which he left on his table but he was disappeared. And have customer waiting in the shop, and outside the shop. Bad experience, will not return."

"These guys are great they really helped me out and worked with me to find tires in my budget...Its funny because I was at a pepboys shop down the road and just started to get a bad vibe from how the workers there were talking to the customers. So I bounced and called tire kingdom. They were super nice and helpful and when I pulled up one of the guys who had just left the other place was there too so great minds must think alike"
