"My experience with McGee Commercial #1446 was an absolute nightmare. The counter staff and management are spineless and don't honor their word. The technicians are untrained and unskilled. They conned me into buying a lot of parts I didn't need and tried to charge me for parts they didn't replace. They also damaged my truck! The technician actually cut a hole in the frame of my truck to retrieve a socket that he dropped in the frame rail. The bumper on the front of the truck has been hit on the driver's side and pushed back. There are fresh cigarette Burns in the cloth drivers seat. It took them 6 months to put in upper and lower control arm bushings. I was told by shop workers that the reason it was taking so long is because no one wanted to work on the truck. I have scheduled an appointment to take the truck into another shop for front brakes now because they're warped, they weren't before they worked on it and an inspection over what McGee has worked on. I am highly disappointed in the quality of work and professionalism of McGee Commercial #1446. I do not feel like I got what I paid for and it was a lot. Buyer beware..."
