My husband and I went to look for an anniversary ring, and from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like special guests, not customers. Dezarae went above and beyond to help us try on a number of rings and narrow down the choices. We didn’t purchase a ring that day, because I needed a little time to process all of the options. I emailed her several times, and she always responded promptly with exactly the information I needed. In all honesty, I had fully intended to shop around more, but after these interactions I knew what I wanted and from whom I wanted to purchase it, so much so that I drove for two hours (each way) in a downpour just to pick up the ring of my dreams from McCaskill. "The customer service here is phenomenal! My family and I were on vacation and decided to stop in to browse their Rolex pieces. Immediately upon our entry, we were greeted very politely.
