"Devin was absolutely amazing! We are a family of 5 with three kids under the age of 14. As you can imagine, shopping for a couch, for hours, can we quite the experience but Devin was understanding, helpful, and great with the kids. He was also extremely knowledgeable about each piece of furniture, leather versus other fabrics and which one would be best for our family…and dogs! He even knew fun facts about the photos (Presidents) on the wall that he shared with the kids.Honestly, I’ve waited over 18 years to buy a new couch and I couldn’t have chosen a better day, better salesman, or better experience. "The staff at the store was amazing. Our sales rep and I believe the manager were super helpful, polite, and fun to talk to. We had two other purchases planned. Then, delivery day happened for the sleeper sofa we purchased. Delivery happens through a third party. The delivery team couldn’t get the sofa into our room, so instead of reassessing the situation, they aggressively tried to squeeze the sofa through the doorframe. Meanwhile, my wife was asking them to stop while one of the two movers ignored her saying he could do it. He damaged our door, door frame, and scratched our flooring. On top of that, they damaged the sofa. We asked them to leave and take the sofa with them after the damage. THEN, we watched them drag the sofa in the road, further damaging it. Now we’re having to wait for a refund and their slow claim’s process for the damage to our NEW home. The door needs to be replaced, two slats of flooring need to be replaced, and who knows about the door frame. If you buy from here and get delivery, be weary. Unfortunately, we will NEVER go back or recommend it to anyone. A complete nightmare! *update - the manager tried to tell us we weren't authorized a refund and then told their customer care center we received the couch. Even the customer care center knew he was full of it. I have videos and photos of them dragging the couch across the road into their moving truck. 4.6 stars of fluff."
