"The manufacturer of our flooring shipped it to another city. While it wasn't the stores fault, they were super helpful in getting it rectified. It was extra complicated since we were out of town, but they always found a way to say yes to getting the situation fixed. Extremely grateful."

"I generally like home Depot better than Lowe's. Both of them suck for appliance delivery. I don't understand why they even have employees. It's almost impossible to get any help with anything. I wish they'd bring back the 5% off for using your home Depot card. I appreciate that they do restock things which is more than I can say for Lowe's."
