"Horrible service. Showed up for my appointment and was told my appointment was changed, without my approval. Was then told they couldn’t take me because I would be considered a walk in. There is no communication between the customer service line and the actual store. Will never use Sam’s again for auto needs."

"Do not use Sam’s Club for Tire Service. I ordered a set of tires, they never came. I called to order new tires on the phone and at the Club they said the order was never placed. I have never had such bad customer service at any place. I will not use Sam’s Club Tire service again and I will NOT recommend anyone to use it."

"Good price. Popular place because of it. Service for any rotation or warranty work is a fat zero. Guess what you expect from Walmart. The guys in the bay are nice and work steadily. The person(manager?) behind the counter is competent but really doesn't care. Tires 7 months old. One had a nail in it . Policy is they take care of appointments first Walk ins get fit in 1st available appointment 2 weeks out 2 hour wait to tell me they can't patch and have to order 4.5 hour wait for replacing one tire. Prepare to watch a couple of movies while you wait."

"Outstanding service. I bought a tire online on a Friday and it came in that Sunday. I didn't expect it that soon. When I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone, their third party place said they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. So I drove there to pick up the tire with intentions of going elsewhere. Cameron at the counter worked some magic knowing I'm running on a donut tire with long job commutes and squeezed me in same day! 1.5 hrs later my car was ready and good to go! You guys are definitely my go to for tires in the future. Give Cameron extra kudos!"

"The 1 star goes to the lady at the front desk who tried to be helpful... the rest of our experience was HORRIBLE! We had a 3pm appointment and our car was not pulled into the bay until 4pm. The thing is the mechanic pulled the WRONG CAR into the bay!! Thank goodness my husband went to check the car because they already started putting our tires on the wrong car!! We left with our car and drove for 5 minutes and the tire alert light started flashing on our dashboard! We turned around and had them recheck the tires and we were told that we have to drive 50 miles for everything to recalibrate. Well today we drove from Tampa to Miami and surprise... the tire light is on!!! And upon further inspection the center wheel cap is gone. They did not put it on properly!Will never bring my car here again!!!"
