"Went in about a week ago. Talked to a lady at the window. She told me to sign in at blue tent. Asked her the wait time as I needed to get my kids. She came out and got my size off the wheel and asked me to sign in at the tent. She had my tire in no time. She explained the warranty and said the shift lead will call me shortly. Believe her name was Mora. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite."
"Noticed I had a slow leak flat in the afternoon. Swapped cars for work, came back at 6:30 needing to fix that asap because i worked next day! They're open until 7pm. Called, she said come right over we'll figure out your problem and have and answer. 5 min drive, 20 min later, they fixed my leaking rim dent and put my tire back on. Less than $30. Wonderful, sweet staff. Great work. Great price. So grateful for the bandaid fix and will be back with a new rim for them to install as well. Great job everyone."
"Called around to mount and balance (4) tires I had. They were regular (all-terrain) tires on stock wheels. I checked in little after 4:30 pm. Another car came in a little after me and the guy working on my wheels stopped to work on the other car. He finally had me finished around 7:20 pm. Also on the phone, the lady said $30 per tire, but when I got there, it changed to $40 per tire. Next time I'll go back to Big Wills Wheels just down the street."
"If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would. I called twice the day before and no one answered. All I needed was an oil change, but they made me wait for two hours without servicing my car. They started working on other cars that came after mine, even though I kept asking for an estimated time. It seemed like the mechanic didn't want to service me, probably because oil changes don't make them enough money compared to other services. And to make matters worse, they don't offer refunds, even if no one has touched your car. There was even a man yelling and cursing at another mechanic, maybe for the same reason or something wrong with his vehicle. Trust me, if you value your time and money, don't waste them with people who don't want to work on your car. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!"
"In and out in less then 30 mins for 1 new tire with warranty. Owner is very kind. Tech Joe who delt with me made sure everything was done right and safe for me and my family. Don't judge a book for a few bad pages. A business is a business but owner stated he is hiring new staff to replace the bad pages in his book. Not a big company business so you get more of the personal touch with people. Worth the stop and experience for sure. Both of these guys Joe and Jacob are amazing guys and great workers. So nice."
