"LOOK IN PICTURES TO SEE WHERE HE LEFT THE SEAT FOAM EXPOSED AND DIDNT MAKE SURE THE COVERS WERE PROPERLY INSTALLED. Do not recommend. He’s a very nice guy in person and nice to talk to but as a business owner he needs to learn communication. Told me 7-10 days for katzin seats and it took 6 weeks. Told me he’d call when they came in never did finally got ahold of him and was told they were in but he didn’t call because he was behind. When I got my truck in to get them installed was told it would be in from Tuesday night to Thursday end of business. I was told he had his kid’s graduation on Thursday but that he promised he would work on it Wednesday and finish Thursday when he got done. But come Thursday he decided to close the business all day refused to forward calls to his phone and I couldn’t get ahold of him to find out where my truck was and when it would be finished. Called Friday no answer my boyfriend had to go in person to figure out what was going on. Got told end of business Friday cause he had only worked on one seat even after 2 full days of having the truck. Come 4 in the afternoon still not finished. 5 in the afternoon get my truck bubbles all in the windows from the tint, seat covers are loose and tons of loose threads from the covers some not on straight very rushed poor job. My doors weren’t even popped back on right and my weather seal wasn’t pulled back out. Do not use if you expect straightforward answers and good communication."
