"Changing agencies as soon as a I can for two MAJOR issues. First, they "forgot" to secure an HO policy in 2017 for me - during Hurricane Irma and it may have been devastating, but it also cost an arm and a leg to get a retroactive policy to cover that year. I gave them benefit of the doubt and stayed with them. Second, they failed to cancel HO policy with previous carrier in time and caused my escrow to go negative. Emailed them three times - even Patrick the owner - radio silence. However, they will be sure to call and email you when their commission in on the line."
