"** EDIT- ALLSTATE CAME THROUGH AND REFUNDED ME FULLY. I RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER AGENT STILL Hadn't received any correspondence, email, phone call, or letter about my upcoming insurance policy due in January. So on 01/12/23 called to have them reevaluate my automobile policies because I was shopping around. Was on hold for 14 min so I made an appointment on website for a call back. No call back. Jan17th made another request for call back and sent an email through their website- Crickets..Sent several emails to my Agent..nothing.. Called again on Jan 24th, was on hold for over 16 min. Asked again for a call back... crickets. Jan 26th they withdrew my policy payment in full which was many thousands of dollars more than last years policy. In the meantime found same coverage for thousands of dollars LESS. Finally got to speak with them to cancel on Feb 8th and was told okay to cancel just pay for only the days they had insured us, ok thats fine., but will have pay a penalty charge of $2637.00 for uncollected policy term, that the policy.... Finally February 10th got a call back about the email sent on January 17th. He said since policy was canceled he couldn't help me, sorry need to talk to someone else. Just received a check back from them minus the penalty charge. Am I sorry, you bet I am..."
