"Since 2015, we worked with Jim on four different properties. Given the recent state of the insurance market, we eventually shopped around for our more recent real estate acquisitions, in order to seek the best interests of our family, as anyone would do. When it came time to refer another client to him, Jim was vindictive, rude and very unprofessional. He is clearly entitled and does not seem to understand work is earned, not given. He will also keep you on the phone for an hour and waste your time. Strongly recommend staying away from Jim and his agency."
