"If your getting a cake for an event here, they're definitely cheaper but horribly dry and poorly decorated, if you want it to be decorated like you want it's better to do it your self, and when you ask if they can fix it by adding something, the boss of the bakery section (I'm assuming) always looks like it's the toughest thing ever and sighs, rolls her eyes, takes the cake from your hands and gives you the complete opposite of what you asked... don't go here for decorated cakes."

"I’m only giving two stars and not one because the staff was friendly, but BJ’s…. Seriously…. Update your operations. No one should have to wait 50minutes to get a turkey on a coupon you were giving out because your asinine pickup staff cancelled their order when their were obviously turkeys available for sale. Literally have to run the transaction up the chain of command to get a $18 turkey. You’d think i was getting a PC and a TV. No just an $18 turkey. I don’t know why you have an assistant manager who is literally powerless. I don’t know if you just don’t trust your staff, but cmon people shouldn’t have to go through that. Had my wife and newborn waiting in the car for almost an hr wondering what happened. Do better, much better in the future."

"If you’re disabled and use curbside, beware. You WILL receive expired and/or close to expired food items. I can make an entire photo album out of all the pictures I’ve taken of expired food from BJ’s. I normally submit the photos to customer service online along with my complaint - but nothing has changed. I’ve even received different items that I didn’t order, like, the complete WRONG thing. Opposite from what I paid for. They don’t care. I’ve spent so much money on wrong and expired food at BJ’s and often times they do NOTHING about it. Not to mention the time an employee threw my groceries in my car and loaded heavy cases of water and soda from seat to ceiling on one side of my backseat - towering over my dog. It was completely unsafe to drive and I had to wait for someone to come out and fix it. The only good thing about this location is Adrianna (I think that’s her name) she’s a sweetheart and my dog is in love with her. But, avoid curbside at all costs. I only use it because I can’t physically go inside. STOP FORCING EXPIRED FOOD OFF ON THE DISABLED and/or ELDERLY. It’s disgusting."

"I love this location. The place is always stocked and organized. The layout is easy to follow and they have good items. They have a kosher backer which is an added bonus. I would suggest using their apps for both coupons and to check put out/pay for items. Make the process very easy. Just keep the barcodes accessible at the exit, that way they can scan what they need to faster. Highly recommended you stop by here . Lots of organic options. Not everything is a big bulky item. Some stuff is small enough in small enough packages that you get a great deal. Like their breads. They no longer have a cafe to eat. So plan accordingly."
