"It’s always something in this place is not even 11 am, one of the tells me they are done taking cars for the day because they are leaving at 1pm…. The said they open until 3pm…. The worse its there I paid for oil change when bought my truck and now I can’t even use the services because they are leaving early"
"I have used Al Packer Quick Lane a couple of times over the years. They used to have a sign that said “No Appointment Necessary” but the four times I came by without an appointment for minor repairs, like oil change and brake light bulb replacement, I was turned away. Today I took my 2016 Mustang, that I bought new from them, for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. I had a coupon they sent me for oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. I had an appointment. The bill was literally double the advertised amount and I asked them why I was charged so much for wipers and they said I was charged for shop supplies. I said you mean the oil was extra and they said it was for towels and such."
