"I am being sued by Tim Kiley after being forced to appear for a deposition as a witness in a law suit that I was not a party to. After the deposition I was made a party to the same case that included facts that are entirely without merit and abundantly ridiculous. During the deposition it became evident that Mr. Kiley's demeanor and involvement as an attorney was unprofessional, unethical and underminded the reputation of the law firm he is employed at, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward. I am stunned to know that such a law firm would allow this lawsuit to continue having Mr Kiley's disparage its reputation. According to the Florida Bar's Rules of Professional Conduct the fact that the allegations in the amended complaint are not verified by his client makes this lawsuit unethical, unprofessional, and frivolous at best. After the deposition he made light of the fact that his client who is suing me is paying enough to put his children through private school. I hope he and his wife have a 401K to sustain unemployment notwithstanding his private school tuition for his children"
