"This rating is primarily based on their phone system which continues to struggle even after a few years - difficult to get thru to an agent for one reason or another. Extremely frustrating ... basic landline phone communication is supposed to be easy nowadays. They also lack a few of the better AM Best rated carriers, such as Auto Owners, in their portfolio. Hopefully they will improve soon because I do like my agent Matt Lowther and the office manager Michelle Pitts who is excellent."

"I submitted a bad review to Central Florida Insurance Group a few months ago; it seems it got removed. Here I am again, trying to leave a review for a second time, hoping it stays to help others avoid this Company. After leaving my first review (already deleted), one of Georgette Diaz's brokers finally reached out to me, promising that the awful customer service experience I had would never happen again. At that time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them a second opportunity to do business with them. A few months after, here I am once again... If I could give a zero for a review, I would. The customer service here is a joke, not returning calls, not following up with customers, and not even replying to emails. Internal disorganization is evident. Central Florida Insurance Group needs to know how to do business professionally. If you want to feel safe and trust in brokers handling your properties and most valuable items, think twice; there are better places to do business."

"I've been working with Matt for a couple of years now and he's fantastic! He has always bent over backwards to make sure I get the best service possible. He makes sure I have the best rates by shopping every time I'm up for renewal. If I have any issues (like I forget to pay my bill, lol) He jumps in and does everything he can to help. I've honestly never had a bad experience with Matt or his staff. They are friendly, responsive, and always there when I need them. I would very highly recommend this agency."

"I originally worked with Nicole DeArmas through Butler Insurance when I moved to Florida two years ago and I really, really liked working with her. She was not the owner of the company and shortly after she left the company. About a year later the company was sold without my knowledge. I believe there was a tragic death of the original owner some years prior. It was probably difficult for the family to keep things together. Recently, all of the sudden, my phone calls were being transferred to a "Matt". It was very confusing to say the least, but fortunately, he was great to work with. He was very responsive and answered my phone calls and e-mails very quickly and fulfilled every request in a timely manner. He was always very patient and polite. Matt is the new owner that bought Butler and I would say he has re-established the company's stability based on the outstanding customer service."
