"Sadly I have to change this review. I was happy with the staff at first. They responded quickly. However when I said I wanted to know if they could help me before I paid they gave me the run around for 2 weeks. All I wanted to know was if they could help with marketing contract law. It was a simple update for our normal contracts. They could have said yes and I would have paid then and there but instead, they gave me the run-around, and 2 weeks later all of a sudden they said they couldn't do marketing agreement updates even though their website and staff originally said they could. This seems like a bait and switch. They will say whatever to get you to book a meeting but when push comes to shove if you ask for assurance they can help you they see you as a nuisance rather than an opportunity to turn you into a lifelong client like they should. My suggestion is to go with someone who will be more honest and transparent in the future with more available time."
