She practically was swept over in court by the opposing attorney due to not listening to her clients wishes and needs along with being ill prepared. A complete joke is what I witnessed. "I just had the worst experience here with Marynell Hardy. A simple document took months to complete. A 10 min signing (the first time) took 45 min before I just left never getting my recipe for payment, which I was told was the full payment all inclusive. An agreed upon clause was left out so a new document had to be signed and recorded. When making that appointment I was told I owed the recording fees...oh no I didnt... I said that was not the case and that I would not be paying twice. After some conversation I agreed to pay but assured them of this review. These are not people I could recommend you to trust. "JBC is a licensed general contractor servicing the SE and SW areas of South Florida. We provide services for both residential and commercial projects for concrete shell work. Sometimes we encounter issues that require legal assistance because as a corporation only an attorney can provide that legal help. Fortunately for JBC as the owner, I had a personal issue where my family and me needed an attorney and a good one. We stumbled onto this law firm and Brad Willard. If you see my previous personal post, you will see how absolutely brilliant Mr. Willard proved to be. We ended up in trial and as previously stated he destroyed the claims of the opposing party. "We, (my family & me) found ourselves embroiled in a nasty dispute with a local neighbor in a very rural neighborhood. We purchased almost 24 acres more than 17 years ago to escape the confines of HOA' rules and regulations and nosy neighbors. We are ardent second amendment supporters, and we like our ATV's and Dirt Bikes. Hence, we bought enough property so we could enjoy our type of lifestyle. After more 16 years of doing just this without any interference, newcomers to the neighborhood moved in across the street and abruptly advised us that both our dirt bikes and guns were disturbing them and we needed to cease and desist our lifestyle. Footnote: We keep our property in pristine condition. This culminated in the neighbors calling the Marion County Sheriff's Office on us virtually every time we shoot our guns (more than 20 times). Notwithstanding, their property is more than 1700 feet or 3 full football fields away from where we shoot and in the opposite direction.
