However, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I was notified via email that my insurance would be canceled in 18 days due to issues identified by Mueller Services in a random inspection. The report, which I requested, was completed 52 days prior, raising concerns about the timeliness of McGriff-Williams' communication. Upon reviewing the report, I found the issues cited to be minor and trivial, leading me to question the company's motives. This experience has unfortunately altered my perception of McGriff-Williams, challenging my initial belief in their commitment to customer service and fair business practices. It's disheartening to encounter such challenges with a local business that I had hoped to support and trust with my insurance needs."
