"Great group at first but then kept getting delayed in a resolution (some were my fault, I will accept) and then stopped receiving timely responses to calls and emails. Finally my attorney changed two times after I received notice from the original attorney that a resolution was being done to benefit me. The final results, I didn't receive anything I couldn't do on my own without spending the time. Again, everything started out great, but I feel the change in attorney when we were finally discussing a resolution and me not being properly notified of the change was the beginning of the spiral. Edit on 12/5/23.... After talking to Michael Magnaghi, the final attorney on my case, I have a better understanding of what changed and affected my case. Michael is great as his job and left me feeling better and resulted in me changing my score from 3 stars to 5, thanks Michael."
