"If you haven’t been here in a while don’t judge on old reviews! This location is under new ownership and is a completely different experience from the past. I’ve been coming her for more than four years, it wasn’t my favorite but with new owners I actually enjoy visiting the place and receive excellent customer service every time. It even feels better when you walk in, brighter and friendlier. Once recently they took time to repackage what I had packed to save me money. I’ve been a regular customer over the years of six different UPS store locations around Jacksonville and this one now meets the highest standards I’ve experienced anywhere. I recommend giving new ownership a chance!"

"New owners are very friendly. This is the most hospitable UPS I have ever stepped foot in, every single person went above and beyond to help us get our packages delivered, they even stayed past store hours making sure our needs were met. Thank you!"

"If I could give this place a 0 start then I would….I went in here to return Amazon package and ended up paying 2.35 to print a piece of label out. On the store and receipt it said 1.99$ charged for “1-15 minutes of computer use” and 0.20$ for “copies” I said I didn’t use a computer and she said well we did to print your paper and I was disgustingly shocked at how greedy these people are. Never going here and recommend not to go here unless you don’t mind getting ripped off."

"Went there to drop off a package. I didn't take the time to print it at my house and figured it would be free or just some change since I was shipping through them. I had sent the shipping info to the email, and then realized I had forgotten my package at home. I had to bike all the way back and brought it all the way back. I explained I had had a stressful day, and then he says "it will be $2.30 for printing out the label here..." I was shocked. How disgustingly greedy to charge that much to print a label to send a package through their facility. The ups in Regency never charged me anything even if I wasn't shipping with them every time. You should take notes from the crew that used to work Regency. Always polite and accommodating. I will go miles to avoid using this location for future shipping."

"Went by to return an Amazon package since I was in the area and it took approximately 24 minutes. There were only two people when i got here. USPS service was down and one machine was down for payment purposes. Definitely ot the best choice but I was in the area. Make sure you are not on a time crunch when you go by."
