After reaching out to Jennifer for a project, she initially showed interest, but that's where the positive experience ended. I initially contacted Jennifer in July to complete a project for my mother. She provided feedback during a home walk-through, but never contacted us again after she left. Despite multiple attempts to follow up and get the project rolling, she never bothered to respond. It's as if my business didn't matter to her at all.
