"Nancy portrays to have real experience, but this was not the case. She refused to present the evidence we provided her at our hearing. Did not argue contradictory statements, even with us passing her notes during the hearing! She did better fighting us on her paralegal’s billing than defending us in court. She withdrew from our case directly after the hearing leaving is in turmoil and scrambling to find another Atterney with pending motions, unreceived documents, etc. In this scramble to attain new counsel, the overwhelming consensus from other Attorney’s is that she he offered poor advice, rushed the process and did not do her due diligence on the judge, nor the area in which the litigation was to take place. Adding insult to injury, we now face a counter petition as a direct result of her negligent tactic. I would not recommend hiring Nancy Adkins for your family law needs.
