I said is it better to come in person, so I went in person. Once there, she wanted my docs from my other insurance company. I said I don't have them, thinking to myself why would you need any paper work if I am looking for a quote! Regardless if I have insurance or not, she could have done a quote. If she needed the docs why didn't she asked me while we were on the phone. Again, she was rude as hell!"
